Welcome to my Web site!

I have been helping scores of satisfied buyers and sellers of single and multi-family homes for more than eighteen years. I offer my clients sound business judgment and creative problem solving with a keen sense of balance and fairness. I understand the technical aspects of a sale as well as the emotional involvement. In short, I know how to get a transaction together.

I acknowledge that the steps to buying or selling your home is a serious process, but I have a gift for injecting just the right dose of fun and humor to make the experience enjoyable.

I am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR).  As a Realtor with Keller Williams, I enjoy continous education throught their agent training courses to do the best job possible for my Buyers and Sellers.
 
I served four years on the GRAR Professional Standards Committee, and served as a Director of the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors for three years. 

I am very active in the Heritage Hill Neighborhood Association www.heritagehillweb.org.  Heritage Hill Historic District is one of the largest historic districts in the country.

I specialize in historic homes and downtown dwellings.
